Mathematics

At St Peter’s, we teach Mathematics that helps children to make sense of the world around them through developing their ability to calculate, reason and solve problems. We do this through the adoption of the White Rose Maths schemes of work.

The White Rose Maths curriculum recognises that a good understanding of basic mathematics is essential wherever calculations, measurements, graphical interpretations and statistical analyses are necessary.

The program is designed to instil a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts using a full range of fun, inspiring classroom activities to develop confident and inquisitive mathematicians.

If you have any questions about our Mathematics curriculum at St Peter's, please get in touch via admin@st-peters.towerhamlets.sch.uk - with the subject 'Maths Questions'.
